Returns

At Primal Ridge, all products are made to order. Each item is printed and produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong product or color
  • Personal preference

Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly resolve the issue.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product showing the problem

Once the issue is confirmed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A refund
  • Or another appropriate solution

Lost Packages

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address was entered and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipping.
