At Primal Ridge, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. This means your item is created specifically for you once the order is placed.

Because of this, delivery includes both production time and shipping time.

Order Processing Time

After you place your order, it enters production with our printing partners.

Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and production location.

During peak seasons, holidays, or high order volume, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on your location and the printing partner fulfilling the order.

5–10 business days

Europe
5–12 business days

Australia & New Zealand
7–14 business days

10–20 business days

These are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs processing, or unexpected delays.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

If you do not receive tracking within a reasonable time after placing your order, please contact us.

Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages.

This can happen if:

  • items are produced in different facilities

  • products require different packaging

  • different production partners fulfill items in the same order

You will receive tracking for each shipment.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipment.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipping.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
